Visual Structural Inspection

Summary:

BK Consultants Ltd were appointed to carry out a visual Structural Inspection and produce a Structural Report on the fire damage caused to the structure to see if the commercial premises was suitable for local repair and refurbishment. Our inspection was limited at the time as the property had not been cleared out at the time of inspection. We recommended that the property should be re-inspected once this had been carried out. We did however identify damage and warping to many of the steelwork elements of the main portal frames and steel purlins that were visible.
