Summary:

BK Consultants Ltd were appointed to carry out a visual Structural Inspection and produce a Structural Report on the timber conservatory roof at the back of the property. Our inspection highlighted the cause of deterioration in the timber roof rafters to be from poorly maintained, broken and inadequate drainage from the main roof, leading to failure of the weatherproofing.
