Summary:

BK Consultants Ltd were appointed to survey and provide a Structural report on the subsidence of the retaining wall to the rear of the Care home. following the findings of our report we were asked to design a replacement for the retaining wall while safeguarding the Care home in close proximity to the area of work. A Stepped gabion wall was chosen as the preferred choice. The construction works are currently on hold while funding is sourced and BK Consultants continues to regularly monitor the subsiding retaining wall for further movement.
