Summary:

BK Consultants Ltd were appointed to survey and provide a Structural report on the rusting occurring to the link bridge at the Care home. It was found the structural 'C' sections used and the open gaps between the bridge deck allowed water to collect in the lip of the structural 'C' sections and therefore accelerate the rusting process.
