Summary:

BK Consultants Ltd were appointed to carry out a visual Structural Inspection on the condition of the footbridge and produce a Structural Report on the findings. We surveyed the entire footbridge and reported on the defects detected, which ranged from exposed rebar, cracking, previous repairs and design elements and features that do not meet approved standards. Our report was produced to assist the Local Authority in its feasibility to either repair or replace the footbridge
