BK Consultants Ltd were appointed to carry out a full structural design for the construction of a dormer loft conversion for Building Regulations Approval. Party Wall Surveyor Services were required between the homeowner and adjoining neighbour due to the removal of the chimney breast and structural steelwork frame required for the loft conversion on the party wall line.
